Vending License Application

1. Select license type

  • Department: Health - Food Service Establishment
  • License Type: Health - Itinerant Vendor
  • Detailed description: <briefly describe your business and what you will be selling>
  • Registration number of vehicle: <include your vehicle's registration number>
  • Vehicle color: <list the color of your vehicle>
  • Make of vending vehicle: <list the brand of your vehicle>
  • Location on vehicle: <list where your vehicle will be operating

2. Establishment Contact(s) Selection

  • List the name and role of the Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) for the business

3. Itinerant vendor packet

  • Review materials provided in the packet

4. Document uploads

  • Copy of menu: <upload a copy of your menu>
  • Copy of vending permit or proof of payment: <include a copy of your vending permit or an invoice for your vending license>

You can find more information on the application here. In order to vend in the Special Vending District you must complete both the Food or Peddler/Hawker License Application (yearly) as well as the Special Vending District Application.
