We develop and oversee comprehensive, community-wide responses to the challenges of building a highly skilled workforce in South Central Connecticut. These programs provide your small business with employees in exchange for you to thoroughly train and retain them. Workforce alliance covers the cost or reimburses a percentage of each employee’s wages, depending on hours worked.
